What if there's no data in school?
Termly works fully offline. Teachers enter and check scores, and you print report cards, without data. Everything syncs as soon as any signal comes back, even on 2G.
What if a teacher loses their phone?
Scores back up the moment there's signal, and the paper score sheet stays in school as a backup. You can lock a lost phone from your own account, and the teacher signs in on a new one.
Do we need a laptop or a printer?
No. Everything works on an Android phone. If your school has a Wi-Fi printer, print report cards, score sheets and receipts straight from the phone. If not, take the PDF to any business centre or share it on WhatsApp. If you have a laptop, you can use the web version too.
Do parents need to install anything?
No. Parents get report cards, invoices and receipts on WhatsApp, with a private link for each child.
Is our school's data safe?
Data is encrypted on the phone and on our servers, and only your staff can see your school's records. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
How do we pay for Termly?
By bank transfer or card, once a term or once a session. Fees that parents pay go straight into your school's own account, never through us.
